Hangout -
I hangout at starbucks for a variety of reasons. That is friendly and easy going. I’m addicted to the coffee. I can always get reliable internet through tmobile hotspot. I’m left alone to work on my computer.

I like to spend my money at time at places where I’m not bugged, but they ask about my day when I come them for service. I like a consistent environment. Starbucks sets an example in customer as well as employee retention. One district manager explained “we want our employees to be sucessful and happy, we treat them like partners not employees. This is their company too. Even our management is structured that way. Our managers manage from behind. This means they fill the gap when the other partners need help. They do not delegate. They have their responsibilities but their tasks depend on what is needed by the team at the time.”

maybe other companies can use this philosophy for their teams. As a previos manager many times before I delegate and micromanage. Yes, I am guilty of that. I also listen to my employees and do what I can to help them be more efficient and product.
