I love my new i Touch …

Its so much better then my last ipod let me count the ways…

They both let you Play video files on them … check

They both let you store songs… check

They both let play files you purchased from itunes… check

They both let you use firewire to charge them … um no only the older one

They both let you play video to your tv with the special headphone jack i bought at the apple store …. um no only the older one you now have to buy an apple dock which is "authorized" to allow you to play video

They both store lots of music … um no again the older one was 30 GB of storage my newone is only 16

They both let you access files you store on your ipod … um no again only the older ones let you use your ipod as a storage device

The newer ipod allows you to get wireless access and browse the internet … check

The newer ipod lets you download songs directly from itunes onto your itouch … check

The salesman at apple just shook his head when i asked "Why can’t i access my files on my ipod from my computer" Is he not allowed to tell me apple had locked down the newer ipods. I cry foul. I thought i had configured somethin wrong and by time i figured it was apple my return policy of 7 days (or two weeks i don’t remember) was gone.

Ebay is your friend save some money buy the older video ipods !
