Did I get your attention ?

Well, I took friday off to work on my main website betterwebservices.com. Spent over two full days revamping a new template and merging my complicated, convoluted site that has spawned to over 5000 files into a new wordpress installation. Created a new 404 page for it on IIS. Now im working on a few more kinks so it will be done by sunday. I already know I’m gonna lose out on the search engines by updating my site so drastically. Rule of thumb if your gonna change your site, and you rely on search engine traffic, do it all and do it for the long run. I had articles, a blog, reviews, and this and that and it was too much to maintain, besides the visitors are only reading what they really want. Well, it was designed for the users. Or was it ?

So, i was doing some research and I came upon this article about starbucks and the ghetto latte and how starbucks is the drug dealer for some people. And anyone who knows me will get a kick out of this.

I am listening to Nina simone and watching netflix and still cant believe its Saturday not sunday. It was rainy and cool today. Everytime i thought about going to take a bike ride the rain poured all over again. So i guess today is all work and no play and tomorrow i can go to the gym or bike on the beach.

I was banned from steamworks last year for something i’m not getting into but anyway seems that the ban has been lifted. I swallowed my pride on Saturday night and didn’t think i would get in. As my ex would say i love the seedy places. but, after a year and a half of not being able to get in it was wearing on me. So, i decided to find out if i could get in again. I went early to not be embarrassed if they said no. Well, there was already a line and they said yes. Damn was it expensive. They raised their rates on everything including memberships. They remodeled everything except the rooms, the whirlpool and the showers in that area. It was worth the price hike. Its much nicer now. They have a shower in this huge steamroom, with nice tike in it and some good lighting.

Last notes: I know a few of you are having problems registering as new users to my blog here. I will fix that hopefully next week.
