I have been through a lot of changes in the last few months. Me and my boyfriend have to move to andersonville. Moving in the middle of winter is cold, depressing and a pain in th a$$. Andersonville is the leather daddy, lesbianville, meets granola. There is a cool mix of people. Now that spring has started to shine through I have been venturing out of my winter hibernation a little more. We love the flower shop and have bought a variety of flowers and potted them. I am partial to tulips and have purple ones at my home office.

Music, I have been listening to the same music in rotation for about a year now. Not to much new stuff. I have stop going out as much and been focusing on getting my portfolio together. Plus moving is always expensive and I’m living the american dream of getting out of debt. The stimulus check is only going to stimulate my rent.

Guru, I finally have a job and posistion in which ‘know it all’ fits into my title. I have been developing documentation, training and thinking out of the box for the company I work for. We got bought by another in december of last year. While change is always scarry after the dust settles I have to say that changes have been good for everyone. I help customers where I can on complicated issues, I also try to let them know that they are truly in good hands. Some of my customers are even on my linkedin.com profile.

Home office, I love having a place big enough to work in peace. My boyfriend is one of the most supportive people in my life. He cooks and I clean we have a nice balance. I got internet through comcast and my upload speeds were horendous I finally decided to give them a call to test my line they everything is fine and after talking to three departments realized I knew what the problem was. If you are using comcast, plug your device into the first connection that comes into your apartment. I forgot I had the issue at my last apartment. The router/gateway combination I have requires you to do this. The signal greatly degrades the further you get from the source and the more wiring and connections it has to go through. I ordered 6mb so I could watch television shows from the internet and because I’m a web desinger I need the speed.
